Over the years, I’ve worn many hats. I started out as the founder of an IT services business; taking computers apart, swapping components, and setting up software, before growing into a full-fledged software developer.

After more than a decade of running my business and serving hundreds of thousands of customers, I began to notice something: patterns in how human behavior and trends shape the way businesses thrive or struggle. That’s where my curiosity for understanding data and making sense of it really took root.

Since then, I’ve analyzed countless datasets, uncovering insights that have helped shape decisions and operations. Alongside the numbers, I’ve always believed that we all have a story and this is mine. It’s a mix of lived experience, lessons from mentors and sages, and data-backed insights.
